Asia & Pacific Delivery

All Asia and Pacific orders are dispatched from Korea via EMS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your EMS tracking number and tracking instructions.

Estimated delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and may vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties upon arrival, which are determined by your country’s customs authority.

Europe Delivery

We will announce once European shipping becomes available. European and North American orders will be dispatched from Ireland when delivery operations begin.

Orders within the EU will not be subject to customs duties.

Please note that Non-EU and North American orders may be subject to local import taxes or duties upon arrival, as determined by your country’s customs authority.

- Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000

Hong Kong [3-5 working days]
- Free shipping on orders over HK$800
- Flat Rate Shipping HK$115
[Duties] No duties expected with orders.

Malaysia [4-8 working days]
- Free shipping on orders over 400MYR
- Flat Rate Shipping 45MYR
[Duties] Usually no duties unless order total exceeds 500MYR.

Singapore [4-8 working days]
- Free shipping on orders over S$150
- Flat Rate Shipping S$15
