Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
To request an exchange, please email us at hello@lonru.co with your order number and exchange information. Our team will provide further instructions.

We recommend communicating with us ASAP so we can pull sizes/product aside and provide advice on the desired exchange to ensure satisfaction with your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
To request a return, please email us at hello@lonru.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

All returns must be sent via tracked postage, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable LONRU is responsible only for refunding the value of the item(s) purchased.
We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit during return.

We are an Irish brand with operational bases in South Korea and Ireland.

Return and exchange instructions will be provided based on your location:

  • Customers in Asia: returns to South Korea
  • Customers in Europe & North America: returns to Ireland

Our team will confirm the appropriate return address when your request is approved.

How long do exchanges take to process?

Once your exchange has been received and inspected, we will dispatch the desired exchange within 2 business days. Please be mindful of delivery timeframes to your respective country.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be completed by your payment provider after it has been issued.
