Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery confirmation. To request an exchange, please email us at hello@lonru.co with your order number and exchange information. Our team will provide further instructions.

We recommend communicating ASAP so we can pull sizes and product aside or provide advice on size exchange.

Returns
We also accept returns within 7 days of delivery confirmation. To request a return, please email us at hello@lonru.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

All returns must be sent via tracked postage, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit during return.
